PreOverdue Notices

If you have overdue items on your Library card, you will not be able to borrow library items, eBooks and eAudiobooks, or access the Library's eResources collection and public access computers.

To avoid these restrictions, register to receive PreOverdue Email Notices or download the Library's free app, Bookmyne.


PreOverdue Email Notices

To receive a courtesy email 3 days before your items become overdue, either:

  • Visit any branch and let Library staff know you would like to register for PreOverdue Email Notices. Check that we have your current email address on file, or

You also need to add libweb@wsc.nsw.gov.au to your address book so notices go straight to your inbox and not to your junk mail folder.

You will need to do this for each Library member in your family.


Need to update your email address? Advise staff of changes to your email address, or go to Your Account and update your details online.


Bookmyne App

If you have an iPhone or Android phone you can use Bookmyne, our free mobile app, to set your own preoverdue reminders up to 7 days in advance.

With the App you can also see what you have on loan, renew your items, search the catalogue and make requests.
